The study on the working of the Public Grievances Commission (PGC) of the Government of Delhi assessed the effectiveness and efficiency of the commission in addressing citizens' complaints and grievances. The PGC plays a crucial role in providing a platform for citizens to voice their concerns regarding government services and public administration. The study examined the processes followed by the commission, the responsiveness of government departments to grievances, and the outcomes achieved in resolving public issues. Additionally, it explored the challenges faced by the commission, such as delays in resolution, lack of awareness among citizens, and resource constraints. The study also included interviews with complainants to cross check whether their grievances were actually resolved.
