The IC Centre for Governance (ICCfG) actively participated in the Orientation Program for newly promoted Assistant Provident Fund Commissioners (APFCs) of the Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, organized by the Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya National Academy of Social Security (PDUNASS). The program provided a unique platform for senior government officers to reflect on leadership, ethics, and governance in public service.
Shri Rajiv Sachdeva, esteemed Core Group Member of ICCfG and former Managing Director of Siemens, was invited as a distinguished speaker. He delivered two highly engaging and thought-provoking sessions:

The program was attended by over 40 senior officers, each with more than two decades of experience in public administration. These sessions provided a valuable platform for learning, reflection, and leadership development, allowing participants to explore the practical relevance of ethics and core values in public service.
During the interactive sessions, Shri Sachdeva emphasized the importance of ethical decision-making, moral courage, integrity, and foundational public service values. He highlighted how these principles enhance accountability, transparency, and citizen-centric governance, helping officers navigate complex challenges while upholding public trust. The discussions also included practical exercises and Q&A segments, where participants shared personal experiences and perspectives, further enriching the dialogue.
The visiting delegation from ICCfG included Shri Rajiv Sachdeva, Brig Rajendra Kumar, Mr. Sunil Kumar, and Mr. Vinod K Maurya, reflecting the Centre’s ongoing commitment to promoting ethical, effective, and visionary leadership in public service.
